At Casa Linda Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Depending on your location and item size, we will either coordinate a professional carrier pickup or provide instructions for a local showroom drop-off.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
